After ten days on strike, slot machines operators from provincial casinos decided to give up their fight to receive the 3% of slots profits.

The solution for this situation arose after a very long meeting held on Monday night, between authorities of the Instituto Provincial de Loterías y Casinos, and the personnel of the Administración, Maestranzas y Servicios de Casinos and the Asociación Empleados de Casinos.

According to ABChoy newspaper, Juan Pablo Ibáñez, from the directive commission of Casinos guild, said that a new agreement with the provincial authorities has been signed, where they assure the workers that they will receive the required money.

The slot machines strike, which involved several cities, had started last March 18th. However, this strike didn’t affect other Casino games, such as table games, as well as bar and restaurant services offered.
